Fields and labor
AGGI stores the fields, coordinates, crop stages, labor records, rates, notes and plans you enter. In the local workspace, records live on this computer’s server. A configured GCP deployment uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to keep records under your account. Records are not shared with suppliers or advertisers.
Account access
Cloud accounts use email and password through Firebase Authentication. The server issues an HTTP-only session cookie for up to five days. Passwords are sent over HTTPS to the authentication service and are not stored in farm records. Sign out on shared devices.
Weather requests
Weather loads only when you request it. The server rounds field coordinates to two decimal places and sends that approximate location to the selected weather provider, which can include national services, university networks, NOAA, NASA, DWD and ECMWF. Some global products are downloaded once and sampled locally. Requests come from the server, with no worker names, farm names or account email. The public AGGI application contact identifies requests. Weather at a grid point or nearby station may differ from your field.
Language preferences
Your language choice is stored on this device. Published translation packs contain only application text; farm records and worker details are not sent to a translation provider. Some translations are partial and use English fallback. Switch back to English to see source wording.
Advertising
The public Field guides page contains a labeled space for Google AdSense. Ads are disabled until the publisher configures and enables them. When enabled, ads require a separate choice on that page and applicable consent controls. Google may process device, network and usage information under its advertising policies. Private field, agronomy and labor pages do not load ad scripts.
Export and removal
You can export all labor records as CSV and all farm records as JSON. Delete labor entries and saved plans before deleting a related field. Cloud account removal and account-support requests require the deployment operator; a public contact must be added before launch. Removing a record does not immediately remove copies in infrastructure backups.
